Army Engineer vs. Infantry Officer
Lieutenant Harper, surfing Army Engineer, needs to pass the Ranger Assessment and Selection Program (RASP). In a final test, he must demonstrate his leadership skills by taking a pair of enlisted Ranger candidates to victory.

Captain Dobbs, an infantry officer also competing for selection, has Harper's number.

The 75th Ranger Regiment's motto, Sua Sponte, requires initiative, but that may not be enough for Harper to beat Dobbs while sticking with the Ranger Handbook.
